Autumn menu incoming…
With a distinct chill in the air we are saying hello to Autumn with our new seasonal menu which launches on the 28th September. As you’d expect with our 3-star Sustainable Restaurant Association accreditation, we work closely with suppliers and producers to select the very best of the season and our talented chefs have curated some lovely new dishes for you to try. What can you expect? Delicious mushroom dishes that really showcase the very best of Autumnal produce, including backed chestnut mushrooms with duxelles, mushroom and cep cream and parsley crumb. The very best of Fowey moules marinière, fresh from the Cornish coast. Flavoursome duck leg confit, with a haricot bean and chorizo cassoulet and bacon lardons. A tasty, seasonal roasted celeriac fondant with celeriac choucroute, celeriac purée and red wine jus. A refreshing and hearty Bramley apple and gooseberry crumble served with vanilla ice cream.
