This month our set menu celebrates the great British strawberry

Strawberries and cream is the quintessentially British summer dessert but in this month’s set menu we have taken juicy, ripe and perfectly sweet berries and paired it with a salty, tangy feta to give you a truly delicious starter. Topped with a zingy strawberry vinaigrette it is deliciously moreish. To follow we have a wonderful summer vegetable risotto or spicy Merguez sausages with jewelled vegetable cous cous.

Try our strawberry fool for a creamy indulgent dessert or for chocolate lovers our vanilla sponge madeleines with warm chocolate dipping sauce are an absolute must. Whatever takes your fancy, pop in and pull up a chair in the sunshine in our lovely garden and tuck into some wonderful home-cooked food.
